Anything NSFL related you say... how about “When Johnny Comes Marching Home” rewritten to be NSFL themed?
—————
When Pierno goes throwing picks again,
Hurrah! Hurrah!
The Yeti coaches all will cry,
Hurrah! Hurrah!
The beer will flow with the playoff drought
The Yeti fans will all black out
And we'll all feel gay when Pierno goes throwing picks.

The liberty bell will ring once more
Hurrah! Hurrah!
To celebrate another score,
Hurrah! Hurrah!
Colorado will soon concede
As Philadelphia widens the lead,
And we'll all feel gay when Pierno goes throwing picks.

Otters crash down with iron might,
Hurrah! Hurrah!
A final score of sixty nine,
Hurrah! Hurrah!
Orange County shines with glee
There’s nowhere else they’d rather be,
And we'll all feel gay when Pierno goes throwing picks.

In week 5 the Yeti held,
A lead, a lead!
Soon surpassed the Yeti blew,
A lead, a lead!
The Outlaws win with five hundred yards,
O and fourteen leaves a permanent scar,
And we'll all feel gay when Pierno goes throwing picks!

The league where a team has won three games in three seasons and none this season. So where am I going with this information no idea but I have to talk about the NSFL on here. Well what else can I talk about? Er is back or something. Philadelphia won their division which is cool. Hopefully I can get some picks in the playoff that would be cool. I hope regression doesn't hit me too hard next year. I wonder if this league will ever move to a different sim league. That would be cool to see some highlights. To12143 seems like a super nice guy shout out to him for posting a bunch of PTs. Philadelphia is going to win the Ultimus this year! I think. I hope. That would be cool. I miss Logan Noble.

This is like the perfect summary of Philly and Marmaledov

Since this weekend’s PT is open, I just want to take a moment to talk about the crazy season that YKW has had and say thank you to my teammates for hanging in there when it got rough. Coming on the back to two trips to the Ultimus, only to come home empty-handed, we knew the pressure was on us to deliver this season. It started out with a shocking loss to the Liberty on home turf. Little did we know that the Liberty were about to have a break-out year and shock a lot of people. We bounced back to 2-1, but hit an unexpected snag with a tie against the Second Line. That result led to some ridicule from the rest of the league and it shook our confidence, leading to a 2-4-1 record that seemed unthinkable just half a season before. For the first time in a long time, the Wraiths were looking at a possible losing record. Fortunately, we rallied in the second half of the season, going 5-2 in our last seven games and securing a play-off spot after a game against the Hawks that was sure to be a heartbreaker for one of the teams. Big props to my boys in Yellowknife for staying strong and continuing to aim higher every week.

Out of ideas? Disgusting, but I understand.

ANYWAY

I guess I'll write about the Hapless Hawks and their playoff woes.

I really don't know what to say. The Hawks are just an unlucky team. They have a ton of talent and a ton of playmakers but just can't seem to put it all together. Unlike the SaberCats who finally made the postseason in their sixth season of existence. Great season already.

ANYWAY

The Hawks are the great enigma of this league. All world QB, Blocksdale, a pair of amazing WRs, a big WR playing TE, a strong TD machine at RB, Two shutdown corners, solid LBs. It should all work but the sim gods just have it out for them. In S5 they started off very very slowly and couldn't win, came back with a huge surge but it wasn't enough. S6 they started out fairly strong, but faltered greatly down the stretch, and were beat out to the playoffs. A tough road for anyone.

I believe the Hawks destiny is to win an ultimus at some point in the league's existence.

King Bronko reevaluates his career.

After not making the playoffs for the first time in his career, Bronko finds himself as a free agent. After a career low season, he's left to ask, is it because of him, or a lack of weapons around him? Its a hard question to answer. Bronko has definitely slowed his improvement as of late, making concerns that he might not max out his quarterback build before regression hits in S8. However he is still the best player on his team. Does he want to return here, in that case?

Another question mark is when does he plan to hang them up? Bronko has the ability to play for a solid amount more years, but does he want to? People close to Bronko say his retirement might be coming very soon. So, would Bronko make the HOF if he retired soon? Its hard to say, but most think yes. As second all time in TD passes, despite one less year at QB, and first all time in passer rating, Bronko has a very impressive statistical resume, bolstered by his three championships

It doesn’t look they will be able to avoid the 0-14 season this year. This is a new Lowe for the franchise. If anyone, I would have expected the New Orleand Second Line to be 0-14 this season because of the retirement drama and the fact that their logo, name, and colours are got garbage. But that’s besides the point. It’s interesting because the Yeti have plenty of good young pieces, they just can’t put it all together. Many of my Python brothers have gone to the Yeti so I know they’re active and passionate, and yet the Yeti and barely treading water. It sucks to see, for the entire league because now nobody wants to go there if the keep losing to Barney and his Second Line friends.

Robby Rainey is pretty excited. Why you ask? Because both of his teams made the playoffs, that’s why. The Kansas City Coyotes play PDX’s last Pythons team Tuesday and the NSFL team that drafted Rainey, the Wraiths, play against the Liberty tomorrow after managing to once again bamboozle the Hawks in a very hawk-like manner. Rainey is extremely pleased with both developments, as it means that he’ll have a chance to win a ring in the DSFL before heading up to the NSFL to engage fellow wraiths draftee Borro Gore in a battle to the death the RB job. Did I mention that Rainey loves that YKW loves RBs? He’s even been talking with management about getting some more RBs in the S8 Draft. Despite both sides of this conversation knowing full well that there are not any RBs in the S8 class Rainey appears to have convinced Wraiths management, and he expects an announcement soon in regards to this excellent strategy’s adoption.
