It's really unfortunate too because I think each of the members individually are just fine people, likeable even.
At the same time, I'll highlight this bc it is a stupid comment. HO does not discriminate with it's poor judgement in dealing punishments:

I was going off of my belief, I believed someone had communicated with you about the punishment. Last I checked this is the clear definition of miscommunication, and different people can have different perspectives or thoughts on the situation so I'm not seeing your point

The fact that such an easy decision can be made into such drama makes me wanna go inactive from this league again lol. Glad I've never been part of HO.
