I'm definitely spending the offseason taking turns binge drinking my sorrow away due to losing in the playoffs with Tijuana and working out so that I can be ready to join New Orleans next season. I think at this point I may have drank the entire city of Tijuana dry of tequila, and I'm considering migrating back across the border to San Diego to find some more. But, I have been taking full control of the Luchadore practice facilities this offseason. I've been working on my speed and I feel like I'm in a great position to help the New Orleans pass rush next season. I'm hoping to improve my endurance a bit as well, but I think I will be able to fall back on my strength and tackling fundamentals at the next level in the NSFL.

So it appeared that dis Kulture Fuluture dude got exposed and drafted by Chicago. Other than that, he was missing in action as always. And getting all these awards and being called Fuluture in the process. This off-season, however proved to be somewhat an exception - he actually showed up into the practice facility. For the first time since like S13. Good boy, maybe he will finally find a way to a locker room as well.

By the way, he never was improving any skills today. Looks like he doesn't sees a competition from other kicker/punters and just came tp practice facility to flex with his awards.

During this offseason, Deon Taylor decided to go back home to St. Louis. He has enjoyed spending time with family and old friends as he prepares for his second year in the league. To get ready for the season, Deon has been training day in and day out. Some of his workouts have been at his old high school where the long journey began. He has worked with his old coaches and along side current students a lot this summer. He has also made visits to his old college campus of Missouri. Just like at his old high school, Deon has spent time with there getting his game where he wants it to be.

Ricardo Morris has vacationed to Europe for the offseason, where he discovered the difficulty of moving around European cities as a huge American man well over 300 pounds. It simply was not made for him, and between damaging small boutique shops and getting stuck in at least four different doorways, he is happy to be back in the spacious and free Arizona desert. To get the preseason juices flowing he always holds a big ol' barbeque for anyone on the team who is around Arizona or wants to fly in, holding no stops and providing lots of booze, scotch and cigars. 101 words

An offseason that would have otherwise been a relaxing vacation for young LB Sandy Bakshi was thrown for a loop. In the NSFL expansion draft, Sandy was selected 10th overall by the Austin Copperheads, sending him from the frozen tundra to the sweltering heat of Texas. Sandy didn't mind too awfully much though, he is a very work-oriented person and when he was told that he was headed to Austin he immediately made preparations to move. Buying himself a nice waterfront house in nearby Lakeway, Bakshi made the long 3,075 mile hike from Yellowknife to Texas in time to participate in the team's offseason activities and ensure he could meet the new coaching staff. Sandy is fully committed to being the core of the Copperheads' defense and a leader on the team, he hopes that fans will connect to Austin's athletic roster and "mean" defense with an impressive front 7.

Also, so he doesn't seem totally boring, when he got to Austin he went to the zoo. He looked at a lot of animals and it was nice.

Honestly these NSFL seasons that jam a whole bunch of games into just a few weeks are really grueling, even more so when you're on a playoff team that makes it all the way to the league championship. So other than team mandated conditioning that I complete about half of, I like to take it really easy in the off-season. No more traveling is necessary after flying around the country all season, so I just kinda plop on the couch and catch up on my favorite shows like Gossip Girl. I also make a point to get some gaming in, including playing as myself on NSFL 2K20. It's a good time and gives me a chance to recharge the ole batteries a bit.

After his fantastic rookie season where he tragically fell short of all the awards, Richard D'Attoria V needed one impressive break over the offseason - so he did just that. He spent his entire offseason eating tacos. Yep, that's right - tacos. Why did Richard D'Attoria V spend his entire offseason eating tacos? Because Richard D'Attoria V loooooves to eat tacos. He loves to eat Chipotle tacos with flour tortillas and grilled chicken and pico and a little bit of cheese. He loves to eat home-made tacos with warm, soft corn tacos and tender carne asada graced with fresh guac. He loves to put anything and everything in tacos, and just see how it tastes, like the time he substituted paprika mac-and-cheese for crema and queso in a taco. Why does Richard spend so much time on his artisanal tacos? Because tacos are delicious.

Instead of my player, I'm going to talk about what my GM-character is doing this offseason. It has proven to be a busy one for the Wraith's GM, Gideon Graves. This offseason has been a gigantic turning point for the league, since expansion is factoring in. So the first thing Graves did was have a meeting with the roster. We discussed with everyone that we wished we could protect everyone, but rules stated we could only keep a handful. Once those decisions were made, we reached out to the biggest FA on the market in Danny Grithead! Getting him on board was a must for us so we put our all into giving him the best pitch imaginable, and thus we were able to sign the star. With those two things taken care of, we moved on to the most important part of the off season, the draft. I'm not going to spoil the surprise, but we improved on our already stellar roster! I am truly excited for the next few seasons to see what unfolds!

It was an exciting season for Errol Maddox as he won the first championship of his EFL career and had the best season of his career so far as he made his first Pro Bowl appearance. He is working hard this offseason to get in good shape so he can do even better next season. The Hawks suffered some losses in the expansion draft this offseason, but they designated Maddox as one of their protected players so they will be expecting him to play a big role for them going forward and he hopes to live up to that expectation so he needs to keep working and keep improving. Maddox also signed with an agent over this offseason as he signed with the Sim League Management agency so he will now have an agent to represent him heading into next season. The Hawks are hoping to repeat as champions and that will start with staying focused over the off season.

There's only one thing to do in the off-season. All season I was taking care of business on the field, so now all I do is drink some beers. there is nothing like cracking a nice brewski with my teammates and getting to watch some film after the weight room. We only do lightweights because we are lightweights. Have to save all of our energy for drinking. I find it funny that we are so bad even though we are so good at the most important thing in the world, which is drinking. If I ever stop drinking, I will die.
