ight imma say somthin real quick
I just wanted to be apart of the team of people that would do what is best for this league. It is actually emotionally draining to see that whatever we as HO is sacrilege. "Fuck HO" is now just an overblown meme that people use just to poke fun and stir up trouble. There are some things he says in here that are true, and other things in here that make little sense (too which im not gonna get into cause im tired). If people could just get a half-decent perspective of whatever the fuck we do in HO, then people would just understand that we are doing what is best for the league. Are we perfect? HELL NO! Do we strive to be? OF COURSE! We are all human and that is whatever.
I've been relatively quiet in situations like this, where people take a fat shit over HO cause they did something that people didn't like. Do you realize how unfair that is? We are just doing what we gotta do, and yes it'll make people upset. But, (and im not just saying this so I can suck dicks or be a puppet) Bex and TH are doing great jobs right now, and they are jsut trying to do what is best for the league.
Reading this back it sounds like rambling, but PLEASE guys. Work with us. Help us help you.

ok, I'm not going to wade in to far with this, but it is too attacking to not get a defense from me.
1) like slate said, HO gets into HO to make the league a better place. I don't know of anyone who got into this league to wield power for power's sake. They do a lot of work and almost every decision is made is made to make the league better in the eyes of the HO member voting.
2) Shitting on the hard work done by the Dotts team, or audit team really makes you look bad because this is a group of people actively spending their spare time to make the league a better place.
3) Shitting on the appeals team when they are made up of a lot of people who have gave a lot to the league and are trying to continue to give back makes you look silly too. The appeals team advertises a position, takes applications, and hires as a group, and that is shady?
4) I agree with the war room thing, but not for the same reasons as you. A lot of people don't understand what this league was like before S15. We were dying. We had more than half less members and the activity was so low.
The people who were doing more than one job were doing it because it was needed for the league to function. HO being in war rooms were essential in having the most active and wisest members of a team in the war room. Now, we may have teams with 10-15 plus people worthy of a war room so HO members aren't really needed. We have multiple qualified people applying for jobs. That is why we should change those rules. To allow more people opportunity where before we just needed the best members to work hard to keep the league afloat.

I mean, are there some issues? Sure. But I wouldn't leave it at the feet of the HO for the vast majority of them and the issues that do exist require a lot of work to potentially fix.
Like there's a lot of points here around the economy of the league. Pointing at Dotts or the stock market activities as being a problem is way off base. Folks like Infinite and Steg did the work to earn that money, and they should be rewarded for it. That said, the economy is funny when it comes to contracts and the folks with large bank accounts are potentially able to take deals that are more team-friendly because they don't really need the money.
So if your issue is that we need to look at the contract minimums for players and reevaluate or potentially add nuance, I'm all for it. But don't shit all over other stuff that people have put a lot of time and effort in that is only slightly related to the issue.
