I feel if this gets implemented EVERY POSITION should be voted on. This sounds like you just want a Job and decided to Elect yourself.
and in most situations the PRESIDENT A points his Cabinet. He assigns people to the roles instead of the CEO doing it.
If a players association is created we should AS PLAYERS vote on a president. The president than would then apoint positions below him from members in the association.

Are any of you guys actually in a UNION. CEO is just a title. I think all of you guys are taking this way to far. A union is for the people in the union. They say what they want and what they dont want and the people "In charge" have to work to get it. there is no power. All a CEO or a President is, Is a Puppet for the People to say what they want. If CEO is such a problem for you them state it now that you want to be CEO and then people that want to be in the union can vote. This is all a voluntary thing remember that.

Hey! Thanks for the initial feedback. Like i've said in other replies, I dont care whether I have a position or not. I dont care if there is an election. So you can throw that assumption out the window. And there is no "cabinet" lol. There aren't departments or anything. There are just people leading. I agree there can be an election. So no, the president won't appoint anybody. If we have an election, every spot would be voted on.
