Another new award, the Offensive Rookie of the Year! (Gee, I wonder what the next award is?) The were taken in the S2 draft, so they are technically rookies, even if they played last season. The finalists are:

Now for the GMs of the Year. This year saw a lot of regime changes as the league continued to struggle to come up with an identity. Multiple GMs and Co-GMs stepped down, including the entire Otters front office. But these are the finalists for the GMs who led their teams through out the season:

Liberty shoulda been finalists over the Hawks. They went from non-existent to being better than two teams and are going to be even better next year.
