I'm just going to make an executive decision and say no for this season.
Technically it's correct but the only reason why they hit that is because of the buff/changes to archetypes.
I'd rather allow OL that want to stick with OL at least one season where they are better than bots before unlocking the new bots. I'm not articulating myself very well today but hopefully that answer helps.
