In all seriousness though, people can leave their posts and the banker will just disregard the gear, or edit it out of the post.
Also, if anyone has already had a gear piece processed in an update then just let me know because we won't bother forcing the updater to undo that.

Us updaters are pretty simple creatures. We see the post says PROCESSED we update it

It would have been cool to get a little more notice though. I had to spend like an hour and a half getting my update ready, and you guys drop this on us 2 days before an update day. It's really silly because my media and contracts and bonus will cover, but since much of it hasn't been processed I have to go replan my entire thing.
It's not a huge deal but I feel like if bankers were on top of stuff a little more this would be less of an issue, and couldn't you have brought it up right when preseason started? Especially when we have no control over when our stuff is actually graded, or processed.

Well that's not really true, as the Hawks haven't been updated in almost 3 weeks in the transactions threads, and we've been waiting for a bonus to process for 2 weeks. I'm not throwing shit, and I am having fun or I wouldn't be here. I was an updater for a few weeks I know shit can be a grind, but it also sucks to have this thrown on us too. If nothing else it would be cool to get some concrete answers when asked, like "will this apply to this update".
It's all good man, we're all here for fun. In the future it would be cool to get a little more notice though. All I'm saying, and definitely no hard feelings on my part for whatever that is worth.
And since you mentioned it: thank you for running the bank. I've been trying to acknowledge that all of you who keep this place running are some awesome dudes.

Why the fuck are we more worried about discussion on articles than paying the people who need that money for gear/training??? You can discuss the article when it gets moved to the graded section.
If an article is posted, assume it's ready for grading, unless it specifically states otherwise. If you post something, and it's not done, and you don't tell anyone it's not done, that's your own fault. If it's not ready for grading, it's not hard to throw a bold quote at the top

For the record the last time the SaberCats transactions was updated was July 5th. That could be up to 3 training purchases and all S2 equipment not processed per player.

Simple solution, if your article isn't ready to be graded then don't post it; save it as a word doc like a regular human being.
I personally grade maybe once a week I couldn't really care less if there's discussion in your threads if its interesting enough ppl will follow eventually. I mean I want guys to read stuff and have a chance to react but there's gotta be a fine line.
