Well for one, you're wrong because never in history has a CEO been elected lol. Sorry, but that's just not how things work. President, sure, but that's not even true in a corporate sense either.

Also I think a lot of this confusion is the line you put were you reserve the right to change the duties and responsibility XD
I think that is were this whole thing in the pitch has caused some misunderstanding.
