RE: How the S26 Playoff seedings were decided - timeconsumer - 01-07-2021 Someone do a hypothetical if SJS didnt lose to Honolulu and we had 6 teams at 9-7 RE: How the S26 Playoff seedings were decided - DarknessRising - 01-07-2021 @timeconsumer Here you go ![]() As seen, with SJS making it a 6-way tie, they would have tied with NYS. They both have the same conference record (7-5) but SJS have more points for (366 to 337). At this point, taking away SJS as first seed means we end up at the beginning of how it was in a 5 way tie with NYS getting through for #2 seed and NOLA for 3rd, meaning OCO would've missed out. Even if both SJS and NYS went in due to their superior record, then we just skip straight to the last colounm and its still NOLA so either way that would have been the result. RE: How the S26 Playoff seedings were decided - deadlunatic - 01-08-2021 So AUS got screwed because OCO beat the worst team in the division twice while AUS only split with every team? So, 4-4 is actually worse than 3-5... makes sense |
