It should be of no surprise to anybody that knows anything about me, current Wide Receiver 3 for the Arizona Outlaws, Kotoni Staggs, that I have huge goals with Portland Pythons current and Arizona Outlaws future Quater back, Wendell Sailor, to be a Hall of Fame Duo. Lofty, I know. Achievable? With a lot of hard work, grinding away, and improving our players, maybe, hopefully, yes.

So goal number 1 in the next 10 seasons - catch balls, score touch downs and kick every other team's butt out on the football field.

But seriously, I have zero expectations on myself being the WR3 in the rotation, line up, roster as I have been called up after capping during my first season in the DSFL. I did ask to be called up so I can get to working on making and adding, slowly, to get any stats I can to contribute to my ISFL career as a whole. But, you can bet your bottom dollar, that as soon as I am actually competitive here in the ISFL, I would like to be on the leaderboard for Receiving Passes stats and any other Wide Recieving leader board there is. I would like to be up there with the current holder like Kai Sakura and William Lim.

I'm pretty new to the league so I haven't been around all that long quite yet. Forget the last ten seasons, but playing in the Development Simulation Football League has been great for Zoltan as a player already. I've been racking up the pancakes as a rookie and my Tijuana Luchadores made a great push and were playing for the Ultimini. We fell just a tad bit short unfortunately but I really do believe that we are going to make it back and win before I graduate over to the ISFL. My goal with any player is to win. I think I have plenty of time and will be playing with the right group of people for Zoltan to fulfill his goal. One win. Thats all that really counts. After that, I can stand tall with my head held high bubble wrap blowing in the wind at full mast for everyone to see. BEHOLD THE GLORY THAT IS LORD ZOLTAN I will declare as I hoist the trophy over my head. Just you all wait. Zoltan will do great things in this league. I will consume the pancakes, drink syrup from the trophies and bring as much glory as I can bring for my Lord Zoltan. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk. I'm happy to be here.

There’s no contest on this one. This last season, S30, I was on one of the greatest teams in ISFL history, and we managed to end what might have been the longest active playoff win drought at the time? I’m pretty sure the drought predated the formation of the Hahalua and Sailfish, and it definitely predated the formation of the Silverbacks and Fire Salamanders. 3 of those teams had made the Ultimus in that time, and 2 of those won. During that time, Arizona had the best teams in the ASFC if not in the league more years of my 6 year career than they didn’t, due to a monstrous S25 draft, key free agent pickups, and yet they were winless in the playoffs.

This most recent year I managed to make the pro bowl for the first year of my career, we had one of if not the single greatest offense in league history, the greatest QB performance ever, and yet we went into the playoffs with trepidation. We had a massive chance to win, sure, but that didn’t matter last time, or the time before that, or the time before that. And this time, we shut the Silverbacks out completely. That feeling was so gratifying after all the crap the Outlaws had gone through for the rest of the decade.

I might be off a season or two but my memorable part of the last 10 seasons was becoming co-Gm of the Liberty with Hall in season 20 I believe. I had a great time being a co-GM that season and being able to run thousands of test sims. I remember using the Quick Ketchup method to test nearly every aspect of our roster and more so giving me a great understanding of the sim engine. Has it changed since then? I have no clue but i hope so, that program wasn't fantastic. I also really enjoyed talking with Hall when deciding to hand out game balls to our players. I am glad I was able to take over the job from the previous GMs slm and Fordhammer. I even had an offer to be a GM for the Portland Pythons of the DSFL that season, but obviously I was not able to accept that position. Even though Hall did all of the heavy lifting of the GM responsibilities that season, it'll always be my fondest memory of the then-NSFL. Looking forward, I just hope to have a consistently active few seasons with my new player Jake Endson and to hopefully get a chance to redeem myself with a management position some day.

Actually a perfect PT for me considering my first season in the league was S19, but my draft class was actually S20, so my whole time in this league has been pretty much this decade of seasons. Lots of good and bad memories from the past time, I remember not knowing how anything worked for my whole first player, literally only doing AC and WT and Media because that was all that I understood. I remember having to go through a lot to not immediately get insulted every time I entered a chat. I remember being drafted by Honolulu with the 109th overall pick, which is still a top 5 favorite moment of mine in league history. I remember asking Dwyer to join the Honolulu War Room, and him accepting right away. I remember being offered the ISFL GM job for Honolulu which I am still in today. In which, I remember the still epic Season 27, from worst to first, but then losing out in the semis. I remember people leaving us in FA every season, but more importantly I remember the people that sticked around and enjoyed their time here. I remember Jim Waters on his streak of 20+ PDs, and eventually making it to top 7 in all-time PDs. So many things to look back on this league, and heres to another ten seasons that while I'm sure will have some negative momenrs, will hopefully continue to excite me!

Well, one of my more memorable moments came way back in S24. Seems so long ago now but it was my first season in the then NSFL. There are a few great moments I have from that team and I'll love those moments forever. Playing in the LR with people like @Memento Mori @Hallmonitor_20 @juniped @J0EB and a bunch others.

So that team was supposed to be pretty good. I don't remember everything from that far back and being new to the league but I just remember we should have been well better than we were at our 3-11 record. But one of my favourite moments was against the Wraiths. One of my dreams in this league was to hold the franchise record for a kicker for a team and while I fucked that one up the other goal was to kick a game winning kick and that I did get to do. Towards the end of regulation I got to kick a field goal to tie the game and send it to extra time and then I also got to kick the game winning field goal in the same game. Honestly that is one of the best moments I'll ever have in a sim league and the way the team celebrated as we all got our first win of the season but also it made me really feel apart of the team and everyone loved me as a kicker who earned fuck all TPE everyone still loved having me on the team and it was just the fucken best ever. I watched that game a bunch that night and drank a bunch and blurted out some words of love that are probably still pinned. I'll always love that season though even if we were shithouse. Fuck Jobus.

Being a brand new rookie, I have many goals and ambitions for the next ten or so seasons. These would be both on and off field, as well as personal and team based. My goal over the next few seasons is to develop my player while in the minors. I believe in it being about the journey, not the end result, so staying in the minors is crucial to me. On the field, I personally would like to be among the best kicker/punters in the DSFL over this time period. My goal is to make as many kicks as I can, hopefully above 80%, to help contribute to my team. For my team, I’m planning on us winning at least one Ultimini and to also be a regular playoff contender. Once I move up to the ISFL, I again plan on being one of the top kickers/punters in the league. My goal is to win KOTY and/or POTY at least 2-3 times before that 10 years is up. Off the field, my goal is to become a member of the front office for Norfolk with the possibility of one day taking over as a GM. It’s also a goal of mine to be heavily involved in league activities/jobs. I want to give back to this great league.
