Haha, yeah I forgot to mention them.
I couldn't think of a good charity event and actually attended something like this today.
The Rolling Elvi were there, and I'm not sure if the laissez boys were... But I know a few members in that.

Charity fundraiser? Yeah, my guy Jaylon Lee is used to that kind of stuff. He was not only in a fraternity which specialized in helping vets throughout college, but he was also an Eagle Scout who served the community on countless occasions. When he got to the big leagues, he knew that he had to find a way to make a difference. He started the Jaylon Lee foundation and recently they threw a large event to benefit kids with special needs and to help integrate them in an attempt to let them live normal lives. Lee got all of his Arizona Outlaw teammates to help him and they created a gofundme that helped them raised over 5 million dollars to donate to special needs research and for potential medicine to help reduce the effects. It also went towards paying for education and awareness of how to help people with disabilities become more comfortable in the real world. Lee was passionate about this because in college, he helped mentor a kid who had disabilities and he always asked why it was so hard for him to get comfortable with others. The response was always the same, the kid did not feel comfortable expressing his true self to others.

John Canton is nothing if not charitable. This past weekend he hosted his own charity event for Autism Speaks, an organization close to Canton's heart. Along with country pop star Carrie Underwood, Canton invited the local chapter to come hang out with the Sabercats for the day. They started with a meet and greet, where the kids could come meet their favorite players, take pictures, and get autographs. Following the meet and greet, they headed out on the field to run some drills and learn how the Cats play football. Next, they all gathered in the owner's suites to eat lunch with the players and play Madden against them on the Jumbotron. After lunch it was time for the big event. The kids (with the help of QB Ethan Hunt) would play a 1 quarter game against the San Jose defense. The kids then got to watch the team run a quick 7 on 7 scrimmage until it was time for dinner. Dinner was catered by John Canton's favorite BBQ restaurant, and during this time Canton gave a speech on his experience with autism in his family, and finished the speech with one last surprise: a performance from Carrie Underwood to finish off the day.

When Davis said he was going to host a charity fundraiser everyone close to him knew what the charity was going to be. Davis is a big advocate for suicide prevention and it wasn't a question to him what he would raise charity for. Davis organized an event called the Out of the Darkness Walk for the Cure. At the event there would be food that you could buy with all of the proceeds going towards charity and Davis used his own money to buy items for a silent raffle that would also go towards suicide prevention. Most importantly though there was a 5 mile walk around a large park in AZ honoring those who had been affected by suicide. At the event there were people wearing shirts with the pictures of their loved ones, some were holding signs but all were walking in solidarity to support those who have been afflicted by suicide. After the walk then came the food and silent raffle which seemed to be a rather enjoyable experience for everyone who attended some people got to take home some signed Outlaws gear from the event and some other items that were donated for the silent raffle. The turn out was great and the event went over smoothly, Davis got to talk to some of the people that have been affected by suicide and tried to make them all smile and remember the good times rather than dwell on the bad. Charity can be a great thing for state of mind and for one's character.

URAH URAH URAH. Here at Thaddeus Worldwide we always want to make it a win. But we also want to help the less fortunate people. When Thaddeus was a young man, he was a troubled youth, always getting into shady things and petty crimes. That was until Thaddeus found a fatherly figure in his life to set him into the right path. To repay this fatherly figure, he decided that he has to give back to the people.

This is why we are starting the Thaddeus Worldwide Make It A Win Foundation. The purpose of this foundation is to help trouble youth like how Thaddeus once was to seek that guidance they need in order to get out of the streets and grow up to have a fine life trouble free.

Our first charity fundraiser will be held next weekend. It is the inaugural Titus Worldwide Make It A Win Foundation charity BBQ. It's all you can eat, just pay $15 to get in and all proceeds will help troubled youth find that much needed guidance in their life. There will be chicken, there will be steak, hotdogs, even tofu for our vegan friends because you know Thaddeus loves you guys and won't forget about you. Come by next weekend and let's make it a win.

The vast majority of kids in Baltimore city have never seen a real night sky. Like most major metropolitan areas, light pollution wasn't much of a concern for the developers of the city's street light system. As both a local and a neophyte photographer, Wraiths linebacker AC Hackett was keenly aware of the magnitude of the city's light pollution problem. Long on awareness, Hackett was equally short on solutions, after all, he couldn't singlehandedly replace every light bulb in the city.

It wasn't until he got to Yellowknife that he released what made sense to do. Being in the middle of nowhere, the province that houses Yellowknife has some of the darkest skies in the western hemisphere. Even though he was unable to solve the root cause, AC figured he could at least give some kids the chance to see a real night sky. With financial backing from the team, Hackett set-up a lottery where honor roll students from the city's Title 1 schools could win the chance to be flown to Yellowknife for an overnight visit. Beyond just giving the kids a chance to see a dark sky, they also get an opportunity to meet NSFL superstars like Josh Garden, Bailey Cook, Chris Orosz and Dermot Lavelle, and, for many of them, the program is also there first chance to travel outside of the United States.
