REDISTRIBUTION AS FOLLOWS:
Removing 8 from speed, 8 from hands, 8 from strength (that'll make sense in a second), 13 from pass block (26 down to 13), and 13 from run block (36 down to 23) for a total of 50.

Cleats -
Professional: +8 TPE total into Speed
Gloves -

So.....speed, hands, and strength flatten out. That leaves us now with:
+8 in endurance (from equipment)
26 random TPE from redistribution
24 from the targeted redistribution of the equipment purchases
(plus +8 banked from last update).
So a total of 58 TPE to use freely (50 redistributed and 8 banked).
A total of +32 compared to previous TPE count (8 of which is dedicated to Endurance).
God we gotta do more off-season updates. I'm gonna talk to people about this. This should be all by itself rather than amongst a huge additional rigamarole. Either way..now we return you to your regularly scheduled update chart.
