In update #70 HERE you claimed PT#4 twice. Hence your total TPE is 3 lower than stated.
You could try to add the week number to predictions (like W1) or the number of the claimed PT or AC (PT#4, AC#202) to your update, so it's a little easier to keep track of what you claimed already. It probably helps yourself and for sure the updater/auditor too.
