Oooh I like this PT! I have been lucky enough to consider every GM that I have had in this league a mentor (except for @Gragg9 :kekSmile. @RussDrivesTheBus @TheCC @Blasoon and @Memento Mori have all been that old sage jedi that helped me get to where I am now. I honestly wouldn't be a GM if it wasn't for each of you. Russ encouraged me to actually participate in the LR back in Minny. If it weren't for that, I would have never written an article with gragg and painted trying to get him and CC GMotY votes. Hard to believe that was a real life year ago! Writing that article together solidified our friendship, which led to Gragg and I being drafted together in OCO. Once here, Blas and Mori continued to show me what true leadership looks like. They created such a friendly environment and got me involved with the team to the point that I wanted to be a GM. That's saying a lot for me because I had no ambitions of running a team when I first joined. Now the daily grind, gameday hype, and simply watching the interactions between our players brings much joy to me. Seriously, I am so glad that I met you guys and can call you friends. I hope yall get pinged a bunch for this PT

Me hero 'n mentor was me elder Steve. When me parents died durin' a surprise attack, Steve took me in. He showed me the ropes at set an example o' wha' a pirate best be. From washin' the decks 'n swabbin' the bathrooms t' cookin' the grub 'n drinkin' the rum, Steve knew everythin'. As I rose through the ranks, I knew he was proud o' me. That's why 'twas so tough t' lose 'im. A bad storm a few years ago threatened our ship 'n everyone on it. He battled wit' nature fer us. Although nature beat 'im, he saved us. 'twas in his honor that I staged a mutiny 'n commandeered the ship. As Cap'n, I honor 'im in any way I can. Jus' below the Jolly Roger flies his crest. We loot 'n pillage in his name. Elder Steve will live forever in our memories. He made me the scallywag I am today.

Mentorship for Raskolnikov has been all over the place for the most of his life. It started initially with his dad, who was very adamant on getting his son to get into an “American” sport. Playing catch with his son everyday after work, gave Rodka an established work ethic. As years went on Rodka would train with many of the coaches and not until going to UCF did Rodka have another true mentor in wide receiver coach Johnny Hands. Johnny Hands still works with Rodka during the off-seasons and will attend some of the big games in the ISFL. Johnny Hands has been instrumental for Raskolnikov's development, and has made a commitment in getting Rodka in the best shape and the best player he can be. “I owe a lot to Johnny Hands, hes the reason where I am now, and the reason why I have some hands myself haha. I just hope I can keep getting better and make some people proud.”.

I would like to give a shoutout to a couple of my mentors here. First, @slate and @katarn22 . You guys were my first GMs and got me my first taste of success in this league in the season 28 ultimini. Everything I do as the GM of London is just me trying to live up to the tremendously high standards you two have set here, and I know that I’ll be able to reach those standards with y’all behind me. As far as my player’s mentor, I have no one to thank more than @Maglubiyet . Before Mag, I was just some dude who made a player because I saw a reddit post, and then never checked the forums. Thankfully I listed my discord on my player page and Mag reached out to me. I would say he held my hand through the process of *everything*, but that would be an understatement. So thank you, you three, for setting me on this path and always having my back. :royallove:

Well for Tony Demonson is real life changer came at the hands of now team mate Goat Tank , Tony was picking on and bullying getting fans to hate on his own team mate Ken Oath through is whole career with Bondi Beach but during the preseason training camp Ken Oath had enough of Demonsons antics and decide too call up his than team mate Goat Tank too come in and beat the breaks off of Tony Demonson this was the start of the transition too a more mature Demonson though it didn't happen right away this situation is one that changed Demonsons Career forever because after this stir up in the leauge and it making national sports media because of star Goat Tank was it pissed off than GM of team and Demonson was told he good play and practice but wasnt aloud in dressing room and would have his own room and than wouldnt be able too be at team events this turned Demonson into his own player and seeing Goat Tank come into Bondi and tear things up it gives Demonson hope that could just be a peace of the puzzle and cool story too tell there children in future.

Football is just a  way of life for people in the deep south so its hard to pick one mentor Roscoe White. Engaging with mentors is something I'm notoriously bad at when it comes to sim leagues which makes this task a bit hard for me. I do know that SchwarzNarr seems the be very active in the  rookie locker. I think they also put together the pre-season prospect showcase which is something I think is important. I'd also like to shout out @Sylphreni  for his podcast which is the entire reason I got in the league in the first. @Pat''s podcast and his work as general manager of the Philadelphia Liberty has almost helped inspire me to  be apart of this sim league. Yeah, this is a hard PT for me. I don't have a lot mentors mostly due to my own fault. I wonder just how much better I would be with a mentor as opposed to going it out on my own. I wonder if that's a significant aspect of scouting player in the two drafts.
