So let's start off with me having 502.9 points so far this fantasy season. Not bad, but not great. You'd think I'd be in fourth or fifth place. Well, I am in sixth place, or dead last in my group. Not too far off the mark, but something is doesn't align right. Now, I decided to look at all the other groups and find out how I would rank if my group was not so good. Every single group, except for mine has AT LEAST one fantasy team below 500 points as of the end of week eight, and some groups have as many as three teams below that 500 point mark. That's just un-fair. About my players, Irving needs to get his head on straight and start catching some touchdowns, and the Yeti head coaches better dial up passes from McDummy to Vincent so I can capitalize on the double yardage and Touchdowns. Maybe then I can salvage a third place finish in the most difficult fantasy group this year. Anoai has also been struggling, so he needs to tell his team to get him some more catches. 1 last thing, I wanted to pick Forest Gump, but was told that Torenson was the consensus #1 pick. If I had anything but the #1 pick, I would be doing much better this year in my fantasy draft. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

So far I think my NSFL fantasy football team is doing pretty well, although I have not really checked it as actively as I probably should. I have Cooter Bigsby, and I know he throws a shit ton of passes. So he ought to be good on volume alone. Being on one of the league's best teams should help him pile up touchdown passes, too. At running back I have Sam Torenson, who appears to be the league's second leading rusher. I would kick myself for picking him over Forrest Gump, but Gump actually went 1st overall in my league, so I never even had the chance. At wide receiver I have James Bishop and honestly no idea who the second guy is. It might be Errol Maddox but I'm not quite sure why I think that. If I do have the two of them then my receiving duo is quite good. No complaints there. At tight end I wound up picking my guy pretty late, but still managed to grab Verso L'Alto, who I believe is having a solid season thanks to Baltimore's high powered passing attack. At kicker it doesn't matter who I have. At defense I unfortunately made a gamble, picking the Austin Copperheads. They have been quite solid as a team, but their defense certainly leaves quite a bit to be desired. Based on my overall player quality, I'm thinking that I will probably finish in the top three of my group, but the high ceiling/diamond in the rough types seem to have eluded me this season, so it feels like my upside is kind of capped. Oh also I have Ludicolo Bigby at flex.

You want me to write about my fantasy team. Well your in for a treat. I am going to go one by one with each member of my team, describing what I thought of them when I drafted them, how they have done, etc…. So without further ado, let’s hop right in. For my quarterback, you will need to hear me out. So when I picked Adriana Falconi, I had forgotten that she has regressed. Not to mention that she was the 4th quarterback off the board behind Corvo Havran, Cooter Bigsby, and Old Man Reese. Although she hasn’t been terrible, if I was given the chance to go back and pick Easton Cole I would do it in a heartbeat. Moving on to the running back position, I had picked the one, the only, Apollo Reed. Now I wasn’t the only one who may have drafted Reed too high. From what I have seen Reed was a top 3 picks in most groups. He was for sure a first round guy, but I still wish I could go back and maybe pick another top running back like Ashley Owens. So by looking only at these 2 picks you can tell I didn’t do that great. I’ve already reached the 200 necessary words so I’m gonna cut it off here.
