Connor Quigley has really (and quite surprisingly) turned his whole act around after spending two seasons in the DSFL and now half of a season in the ISFL with the Copperheads. He’s stopped drinking a gallon of beer before games, he’s not staying up until 7 o’clock in the morning playing violent video games, and he’s even cut back on eating cold pizza for breakfast! However, according to the general managers in Austin, there’s always more that can be done. So, with that, Connor Quigley has decided to start giving back to the great people of Austin Texas, in the only way he really knows how:

Yes, that is correct. Starting a week before Christmas, Connor Quigley will be appearing at select nursing homes and a couple of participating child care facilities with his guitar in hand and his raspy Sinatra-esque singing voice to provide cheer and good tidings through Christmas carols. This is particularly exciting for Connor, because elderly women often tell him he reminds them of their dead husbands’ ghosts! As Connor only really knows three or four Christmas carols, his set time will be limited to 25 minutes, so make sure you wheel your way down to the recreation area quickly! Tips are always appreciated.
Connor hopes his fellow teammates in Austin will join him in this endeavor, though he knows it is unlikely.
