*Regression is Theft - HalfEatenOnionBagel - 08-23-2018 Regression is clearly, very obviously and undeniably theft, in the scenario where you are forced by threat of imprisonment to give TPE to a person, who then gives it directly to another person on the 1st of the week in the form of an "Activity Check". It takes a lot of convoluted reasoning to disagree that that is theft by a 3rd party. You or I can't go to our rich neighbor, force them by threats of violence to give us TPE, and then give to the poor neighbor. Head office was to have no powers that were not delegated them by the people. The establishment of activity checks alone should have notified people that the head office was no longer legitimate. Thomas Paine's quote supports anarchy more than the state. The people are separate from the head office. The head office is .00017% of the population, composed of lawyers mostly, who control 20-30% of TPEDP and no liability, purely by virtue of winning a popularity contest. You just don't understand what anarchy implies. It means no rulers, not no rules. The market is what Paine was attributing, and nobody can earn any TPE without catering to the needs of others, as is the nature of voluntary trade. Each side gets richer or they don't earn more TPE. The institutional violence is taxation and stealing TPE from us to fund wars against memes while our own locker rooms are higher meme risks than any thunderdome post. The league was understood clearly by the founders to be voluntarily joined, and voluntarily disbanded by any member. Lincoln ended this view. Read up on the founders views of regression. I'll leave you with this thought: regression was an age old mechanism to pool TPE for communal issues such as defense, offense, special teams... but in this era of global instant communication, high speed transport, satellites and crowdfunding, do you think the founders might have agreed that we can direct our own TPE towards things we want directly, rather than have this permanent political class of lawyers taking a 30% cut of our earnings to give away our TPE for us?
