@kckolbe has been bragging pretty hard about how well his player is doing as a second year QB. The brags aren't hollow, either. After 3 games, he has yet to play Philly or SJS, and yet he currently has the best passer rating in the league. While he boasts about his build, I think there's another factor: his earning rate.
According to the PPT team, about 200 TPE is earnable every season, and that's if every prediction is right. At this point, kckolbe has been in the league 2.5 seasons, and started with 50 TPE. At that rate, being generous, Fitzpatrick should have no more than 570 TPE. His actual TPE? 50,822. This means that Fitzpatrick has claimed slightly over 50,200 TPE over the last two seasons. At this time, HO is aware of the problem, but has not commented on what the fix will be. 50k TPE may not seem like much, but some GMs are claiming that any unfair advantage is too much. There's no specific evidence it was done intentionally, so whether or not there will be punishment is unclear. I expect he will be let off with no punishment at all, setting a new precedent of how much illegal TPE is okay, or receive a ban from the site, as HO is firmly against moderate, scale-able punishments for this type of offense.
