*Analysis of the Sim Gods - timeconsumer - 09-11-2018 Hello and welcome to week three's Analysis of the Sim Gods where it is once again time to resim every game 50 times in order to get a better idea of power rankings in the league with a sample size larger than one game. Here are the official box scores from week 3: ![]() And here are the resim results: Baltimore with 32.7 points over Arizona with 13.9 points for a 96% win rate and a 18.9 point spread. Yes I'm serious Kolbe. NOLA with 34.5 points over Yellowknife with 18.8 points for a 86% and a 15.6 point spread. Orange County with 35 points over Philly with 12.5 points for a 94% win rate and a 22.5 point spread. Colorado with 32.6 points over San Jose with 12.3 points for a 74% win rate and a 12.3 point spread. So no major upsets here, everything basically shaking out as we expected for week 3. Yellowknife played a closer game than the numbers suggest they should have. And @timeconsumer, fully believe you, your numbers were about what we tested as well. If I had a decent Arm attribute, we might have had a decent chance, but BAL matches up very well against us on top of being at home and just a much better team. |
