I mean that is somewhat lopsided. Not a lot of incentive to want a job. That means that if a season is 4-5 weeks in real life, you earn about $600,000 - $750,000 per week from your job, which wouldn't even cover the 3 TPE training per week. Yikes Hiring new updater - Admin - 06-06-2017 (06-06-2017, 02:50 PM)Kendrick Wrote:So wait, you get paid $3,000,000 a season for a job, yet training costs $1,000,000 per week for 3 TPE? It's there so you don't have to do as much media or grafx, or just tinoad your bank account. I'm not bitching, but pointing out the issues this league has with starting up. You may think it's bitching, but I also think that you think you got this entire thing figured out. I'm saying the work someone puts in isn't worth what they receive considering this entire stupid SHL system is what will see half the user base go inactive. Not a negative nancy either, thats just the reality of this thing. There are a ton here who agree. There are so many simple ways to make large sums of money that this should make absolutely no difference. It's an act of service for the league and those who do work to improve are going to be the reasons for its success. The people who do jobs are the reasons for their success, you are right. However, if they aren't paid fairly they won't make it a priority. There are ways to earn large sums of money but technically that only gets you at the same spot every week (which is 3 TPE). So someone can earn as much money as their little heart desires, but they won't ever be higher off in TPE because of it over someone who just does $1 Million worth of GFX/Media per week. Its the nature of the beast. Hiring new updater - Grapehead - 06-06-2017 (06-06-2017, 07:03 PM)Kendrick Wrote:Uh thats not really how these leagues work though. Do you think jobs should pay TPE? Otherwise it sounds like you're complaining about the TPE system and not the job pay structure. |
