YoungTB Punishment - Muford - 10-21-2018
After multiple instances of being warned and still continuing to double claim PTs and Equipment, the Head Office has decided to punish YoungTB. His punishment is as follows:
16 TPE removed(double the TPE in question)
$6,000,000 fined
We understand that everyone makes mistakes, but once the same mistake happens four times with two separate warnings, we have to consider that its no longer a mistake.
He has the right to appeal the decision by PMing one of the Head Office members.

Gibson wasn't perma-banned, just kinda useless at his real TPE. He went on to have a pretty solid DSFL career.
Also, glad to see a sensible, scaled punishment. This is something he can easily recover from.

Out of curiosity, how is the TPE being applied if its double claimed? Shouldn't it be disregarded at the point the double claim is noticed?
