Has everyone enjoyed the new Trivia PTs? I thought they were a cool idea, until I did one and got 0 TPE. Why? For cheating. No, cheating is actually allowed on these, with TO admitting he knows every team does it. No, I lost TPE because @`To12143` is claiming he didn't receive my PM.

I remember sending the PM, because I gave him shit about one of the questions. I still know the answers. I posted in the thread after PMing him saying I did it, and was not contacted saying that the message wasn't received.

I checked my PM log to look for the sent message, but it wasn't there. That didn't bother me by itself, since sent PMs often don't show up. For example, Trivia 5 last season isn't in my sent items folder either, but that one was received.

The worst part about this is that a fail safe APPEARS to be in place with the posting in the thread. In theory, if you post there, and he sees your post but no PM, he can let you know. Well, he just doesn't do that. So despite the fact that he claims to believe that I sent it, I'm not getting any TPE, even though I am usually the one who digs up the answers for the team (I wasn't the one on this week).

Given that this is a new process, and that I followed the instructions, to include the failsafe, and also given my reputation for honesty and being a whore for any way to earn TPE, one would think that I would be given benefit of the doubt here, along with a general announcement of "Make sure it shows up in your sent items, otherwise we can't prove it." After all, generally when there is confusion in a new process, it is handled kindly.

I spoke to TO privately. I spoke to a member of HO privately. Neither of those worked, despite both having shared a team discord with me, the latter having been in my locker room where the answers are posted and knowing I was in there every single day that week responding to messages and therefore definitely saw the answers with plenty of time to make use of them.

Do I have a history of missing PTs? No, in fact I go out of my way for any extra TPE (consider subreddit posts, recruiting, wiki)
Do I have a history of dishonesty? No, in fact I go out of my way to correct issues even when the correction hurts me (like telling bovo his char was too weak in the sim two days before playing him.
Is it likely I forgot? No, because I posted in the thread saying I did it, proving I was aware.

Below were the answers posted in our locker room on the 16th. I waited until Saturday to make sure no one found anything inaccurate, sent the PM, and then posted in the thread.

Question 1: How did the final drive end for the Colorado Yeti in the Liberty's first ever win?

Logan Noble threw an interception to CB Tyler Oles on the last play of the game (and the drive).

Question 2: What was the first scoring play in the Legion's short history?

A 5 yard touchdown catch by Alexandre LeClaire, thrown by Josh Bercovici.

Question 3: Who had the most forced fumbles in the second season? (note, only forced fumbles, fumble recoveries do not matter)

Bork Bjornsson

If the only way to ensure TPE is to keep re-sending the PM until it shows up in your logs, then fine, but put that in the instructions. I do not believe there is anyone who will believe that I had the answers (which I can prove I did), that I remembered I needed to do it and took the time to post, which you can see I did in the thread, but refused to send the PM. The only logical conclusions are that I told a series of lies rather than performed a single copy/paste, or that I was the victim of a random jcink error. Had I known that I was supposed to keep re-sending until I got proof it went through, I would have. But that isn't clear.

The instructions say to post in the thread once you send. Why? If I had PMd him, and had proof of the PM, would the post in the thread be necessary? No, it would not. Therefore, the only logical purpose of the post, which he requests, is to alert him that someone THINKS they successfully sent a PM.

All I am asking for is credit for a task that I clearly took the time to perform and clearly had the information to do.

First person in history to have a problem with trivia, proceeds to TD despite having either A) never sent it, or B) doing something while sending it to cause it to not send properly. Deadlines are deadlines for a reason.

Spent more time writing this than it would have taken you to check the box that says “Show in sent folder.”

My PMs frequently don't show up there, though. I leave that box checked on all PMs.
