The Baltimore Hawks failed to add Ryan Applehort to their budget this season, thus putting them 2 million over the cap. The Following will be addressed and changed
Applehort has been added to the budget
Offensive Line Bot has been changed to drop under the cap
The Baltimore Hawks will face a 4m dollar cap hit for season 12.

2m over the cap, it gets doubled for the next season. 2*2=4
