(S12) - PT 2 - Not All on Training - AW13 - 12-17-2018

PT Requirements:

Written: Must include 200 Words. Every week, every season, contract and job money goes to weekly training or equipment, but it doesn't all have to be that way. Write about how your player is going to spend some of their extra money they get for playing football or GMing a team. (Ex: Donated to charity, bought a giraffe, bought his mom a new car, etc.)

Graphic: Create a graphic showing purchased item(s) and what your player spent their money on. Customize it using player render or engrave your name on an item (Don't just post a picture of a car or something).

REMINDER:

You can use this PT to claim Media in GOMHL. Currently, PBE has Championship Week going on so you can use this PT to claim one of the tasks for PBE championship week! SHL does not have a current PT and Championship week is still going on so you can claim NSFL PT for one task there, closes on 12/19.

Vice versa, you can use GOMHL Media to claim this PT. You can also claim PBE Championship Week for this NSFL PT and...

Because it is Championship Week and with no PT over in SHL, to prevent those members from SHL from being left out for PT Credit, you may claim Championship week again this week, even if you claimed it with PT-1! A Holiday extravaganza!

NEW THING:

A lot of our affiliates are in the off-season or close to it! If you register and create a player in GOMHL, SHL, or PBE and get approved. Link your new player page for PT Credit. (Claimable if your player is created between now 12/17 and 12/23)

Closes:
Sunday, December 23rd, 11:59 PM PST

James Bishop is kind of a penny pincher. He will only spend money if he needs to. As a matter of fact he still lives with his parents. So why is he saving all this money when he has made so much. Sources say that he is planning on buying a private island and having it become its own nation. For that to happen he will need a lot of capital. Who would live on this island, will he even make enough to buy it. These are all questions surrounding the idea. We first heard of this idea from a distant relative who says that was always James’ dream when he was a young boy. He would talk about it for hours, have maps of different islands that were uninhabited at the time and overlays of how he would develop it. So aside from his training there is nothing really that he spends his money on. I mean there is food and whatnot but even then it’s the bare minimum. Often times he’ll be seen eating or sleeping at the team facility. People say he is super dedicated. While that is true it is believed that he simply doesn’t want to buy the gas to drive home.

Sam Garrad has made a lot of money already in his football career, and for a good reason. The young defensive tackle was mostly known for his ability to be a terribly average player during his high school career, opting to use his massive frame and absurd strenght rather any actual skill at the game, but this quickly changed as he became a pro football player laster season with the Tijuana Luchadores. Now a member of the Colorado Yeti in the major league ranks of the NSFL, Garrad has become one of the fastest players out on the field. The youngster has publicly stated that he attributes his desire to chase down opponents due to facing off against running back phenom Antonio Summer during his high school days. But what does a player worth million do, especially when he is only a teenage kid. Well, that question is easy to answer for youngster Garrad.

"I like to spend my money on silly things." says Garrad. "I don't buy fancy cars and big houses, instead I buy things like hoverboards and cheetahs to keep as pets. I like to live a lavish lifestyle, but I like to do it in the weirdest ways possible."

K.J. Becker is a giving man. He drives a 2003 Hyundai Elantra and doesn't believe in showing his money around. Thus, he is donating his extra cash to help kids in need. Many kids with life threatening illnesses need the funding in order to even turn certain machines on at the hospital. Becker visits local children hospital in the Philadelphia community all the time, but with his extra funds from his pay check he donates it to various wards in hospitals. This past season he donated his excess pay check funds to go towards a new play area for kids with mobility issues. Many of these kids have lost feeling in their lower body or can't move as their motor skills are not as sharp as others. Becker spends on average of about 4 days per month at the hospital playing, gift giving and even leading story time for the little ones. It's hard being a parent to kids in need, so Becker likes to volunteer his time taking a load off the parents once and a while. Becker is thinking about making this years salary go towards kids in the cancer ward to help with chemo and to alleviate some of the financial toll it takes on the families.

Spencer Castle is still reeling after his five million dollar pay day. If this is DSFL money, well, the NSFL can wait a season because Castle is still imagining how he's supposed to spend all this.

After dropping over a million dollars already, he's well on his way, though. Sources say Spencer is now the ecstatic owner of Castle of Cats, a literal castle in which Spencer has fostered over one hundred fifty cats and hired a dozen lucky employees to look after them.

While there is technically a mote, it's been drained and filled with mouse toys at the request of the newest tenants. Castle of Cats includes a dining hall of one hundred fifty five individual bowls of water and food on timed release; a walled in backyard with a playpen for the cats and kitties; multiple ventilated rooms dedicated to individual litter boxes for all residents; several eight foot high, four foot wide scratch posts in the "kitten cove"; and finally, in the five select bedrooms, the feline friends can choose from any vast number of beds suitable for even the pickiest cat.

Two full time veterinarians are residential employees and offer only the best of care to the residents of Castle of Cats.
