When the league first started we got 1 TPE for completing predictions. Most other leagues also give participation TPE for predictions.
At some point the participation TPE was removed and now it is possible for somebody to complete the tasks and get 0 TPE. This is going to punish our newest members the most.
Rather than bring back the full 1 participation TPE, I think we should give 0.5 TPE for submitting predictions. This would make sure that if you do your completions you earn at least one TPE. This would also give some bonus TPE for somebody that got perfect predictions.
Over the course of a season somebody could earn a max of 10-11 extra TPE depending on the league schedule, though thus far there have not been many perfect predictions.

Add guaranteed but only max 1 variable in the 4 games week and 3 in 8 games week? Lowers the frustration, but doesn't impact TPE balance.
