I'd like to start by thanking everyone who shared their opinion and took part in the discussion that led to making these changes. I want this league to be something that everyone wants to come to and doesn't feel like its a chore. It's important for the league to let its members have a voice and threads like the suggestions that came up in the thread created by @Durden did exactly that. Hopefully these changes work towards the vision you guys want with the league. We are not switching from the money system, but we are altering things to meet the requests of our users. Here are the changes that I am implementing.
- Media payouts are being increased. The media team pitched alot of ideas and in the end settled on this idea, which I think is excellent. Thank you @adam2552 for proposing it.

- Training is being changed. The training has changed from being $1,000,000 for 3 TPE, to now be $500,000 for 3 TPE OR $1,000,000 for 5 TPE.
- More options for equipment will be coming in S2. There will be various tiers of equipment that will award different TPE values for different costs.
- A new "Requested Articles" section is coming. The media team is still ironing it out, but it will be an area where people can request to have a topic written about and someone can claim it. writing about these will earn bonus money for the writer.
- A new "Statisitcal Analysis" media section is coming. The payout scale and how it will be graded needs to be ironed out, but this was a great suggestion and it will be implemented.
- Participation TPE will be awarded on every PT. I will also be updating the previous mock draft claim to close the TPE gap it generated initially.
- Job Payouts Increased from 4 mil for head a 3 mil for assistants to now be 5 mil for head and 4 mil for assistants.
- @Shaka was right. Defensive Tackles are OP. They have FAR exceeded what we found in our initial tests. Nothing will change for S1, but come S2 there will be changes made to level out the playing field regarding Defensive Tackles and Offensive Lineman. This season we will limit interior rusher speed to be 75 and will be upgrading the Robot OL to be slightly less trash

Spent 1M on June 3rd for Training at the time it was +3 TPE.
Do I get to claim the additional +2 TPE OR do I at least get a refund of 500 K cause that's what +3 is now?
