Hey @`christopher_loren` welcome to the site - did you mean to have Tackling at 50 instead of 40? It starts out at 45 so I assume that was just a typo but want to make sure.

Beaver, in the player builder, tackling starts at 35 for Man-to-Man CBs.
I'd be happy to alter it, but I'd have to shift around some of the other attibutes since I used all the 50 TPE. Thanks!

In case I have to have tackling at 45 to start, here is the edited (and hopefully correct) version. I had to re-work a few attributes to fit the TPE in. Thanks for letting me know, Beaver!

Everything else in your build looks fine so change your Tackling to 45 and you have 5 more TPE to apply there or elsewhere (or you can totally revamp your build).

In your original post you had Intelligence at 55 which would bring you to 50 TPE spent if that's what you intended.
