When asked for comment, Acho had only this to say: “Only thing I’ll get caught murdering is opposing running backs getting through the line.” Acho, whose father was a cricket star and mother is an interpretive dancer, will have to prove plenty of doubters wrong as he only started 1 year at UConn, a school not known for it’s football program. Acho originally committed to play basketball, but bulked up and switched to football after advice from his father. The move payed off tremendously, as Acho led the AAC in tackles, while also reaching a respectable 6 sacks.
