Q1: Regarding your position change from QB to WR, why did this occur? Was this your choice or the Wraiths staff?
LC:My choice to change from QB to WR was to be able to be a starter on the Wraiths. I played both sides of the ball as a kid and even though I was playing at QB in my college years I am still comfortable being a WR. Ultimately, my choice was made due to Wraiths staff choosing Chris [Orosz] over me and my desire to stay on the team.

Q2: How much faith have you in the current Wraiths QB, Chris Orosz?
LC: The team is strong all around and I have the confidence that he'll be able to pass the ball and fulfill his duties at QB. He's shown it to work in pre-season, and in our game against the SaberCats in Week 1.

Q3: Many critics would argue that your position change from backup QB to #2 WR could harm morale among the existing WR's who may feel you were getting special treatment? What do you say to those critics?
LC: I couldn't care less what those critics think. It's been working fine so far and I have no reason to believe that it won't continue to work well. A team has to enable their talents to perform to their best and if you don't, then move out. If other WRs want to take my spot, they should go ahead and work for it.

Q4: In the week 1 game versus San Jose, your team the Wraiths managed to pick up a win. How happy were you with your performance? (4 catches, 46 yards ,11.5 average yards per catch, 0 TD's)
LC: We won, I had no problems with my game even though I would've liked to score a touchdown to silence these would be critics early in the season.

Q5: Week 1 also saw your conference rivals, the Colorado Yeti pick up an early season win. What is your opinion of the Yeti?
LC: I don't have much of an opinion on them as pre-season form is one thing and in-season form is another. They did play well against the Hawks though so something they're doing must be right. Overall I do think we have the better team and we shouldn't have too much trouble to get past them.

Q6: What do you feel is your biggest strength lining up at wide receiver?
LC: My knowledge of the QB position. I know the routes  & plays and where a WR should ideally be for the play to be successful. I might not be the flashiest receiver on the team, that would be Josh Garden, but I'll get the job done when the ball is passed to me.

Q7: Having been a former QB, does that mean we could possibly see some trick plays in the future?
LC: I cannot comment on that. That would be the coaches decisions to make. Not mine.

Q8: Finally, we've all heard rumblings of possible future expansion teams, hypothetically if a team offered you the starting QB spot , would you be interested?
LC:If the league lets me go back to QB in the event of an expansion I would be more than happy to go back to my position of comfort. But there are so many factors in play for this to happen that pure speculation won't make it happen. If I feel comfortable here in Yellowknife at the end of the season and they still want me here, why wouldn't I stay?

I really wanted to be QB but things didn't turn out the way they were supposed to.
