What was your reaction when you learned you were being drafted?

I was insanely excited! I didn’t think I would go as high as I did which is absolutely awesome. I was in the discord congratulating people and then suddenly my name came up!

How do you think you’ll be used in the Coyotes’ scheme?

I not entirely sure yet. The GM talked to me a bit about if I was willing to switch positions. Not necessarily that I am, but if I would. So I may be used more as a pass catcher instead of Run Blocking but we’re pretty early into it so that still to be determined.

What are your expectations for this upcoming season?

I’m sure there will be some road bumps as a lot of rookies experience, but I’m just glad I have a team that believes in me and my ability as a professional.
