Hiring: GFX Grader - dave - 06-19-2017 What's up guys, I'm looking for two people to come help with GFX grading. Post in this thread detailing your experience with graphics or any relevant info if interested. If you plan on quitting at any time during the season I would appreciate a week's notice to fill your spot. Salary: $4,000,000 at end of season Hiring: GFX Grader - Bengals1Fan - 06-19-2017 4M at END OF SEASON? HAHAHA no thanks. Jesus, some people will never be satisfied. Pay the Graders in TPE. Give them an extra 3 TPE per week for free and Im in. Easy. But I dont want cash. Hiring: GFX Grader - Bojo - 06-19-2017 Look at this post: http://nsfl.jcink.net/index.php?showtopic=...indpost&p=14208 (06-12-2017, 07:24 PM)CaptainCats Wrote:5/5, 750k: love the glass shattering, love the text That's all you have to do. Give a grade, give some feedback. You shouldn't be writing an essay per graphic nor struggling to sleep at night about how to grade it. And that work is divided at least two or three people a season? 4m seems about right. I can do that easy. The problem is that the pay out is not a benefit. It means that I dont have to do Graphics for 4 weeks. And I dont want that. Graders and anyone who has a job would like more then someone without a job. Because running the league means that someone should be better then players who are just players. It's how it works in every league besides the SHL. Hiring: GFX Grader - Bojo - 06-19-2017 (06-19-2017, 07:28 PM)Bengals1Fan Wrote:The problem is not the grading. I can do that easy. I enjoy it the current way because it shouldn't feel like you have to get a job to stay afloat in a league. You either get money to train by doing a job, doing media/graphics, or signing a big salary. I'd be less interested in the league if I'm doing my weekly points, but then I'm getting lapped by a guy who is doing a job. Are the players really the same level in the NFL ? No. There are good players and average players. |
