Tijuana Managerial Change - TomHanks - 06-21-2019 As some of you know, @Ben is stepping down as GM of the Tijuana Luchadores, and I finally get to remove that “co” from my job description. I was a damn hero for the Cubs when I played baseball and I had to be the “co-GM” just because I switched to managing a different sport entirely. In any case, Ben’s announcement left us with some thinking to do in Tijuana. The recent robot uprising in Norfolk and Palm Beach, however, made this a little easier. We’re a team that led the league (during the regular season, don’t talk to me about the post season, I don’t want to discuss it) on offense and defense, priding ourselves in winning in the trenches, getting to the quarterback, and having a strong running game that complemented our QB. We want to carry on with our strengths, so we’re bringing the guy who was the architect of DJ2K’s impressive rushing season, @ScorpXCracker, formerly of the Norfolk Seawolves. I’ve had a lot of positive interactions with Scorp over the last season. Even though Norfolk didn’t hit its full potential this season, he’s a very talented manager, and I’m extremely excited to bring him on board. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Tijuana Managerial Change - Ben - 06-21-2019 Excited to see how this new era of Tijuana football goes, I feel very happy leaving the team in safe hands ![]() Tijuana Managerial Change - 124715 - 06-21-2019 Scorp sucks lmao Congrats tho!
