*Taking a Look at Offensive Prospects - Rradum - 06-24-2019 Code: Double Draft Media [div align=\\\"center\\\"]A New Era for the DSFL [/div] [div align=\\\"center\\\"]The draft is once again upon us. I won’t be able to do a mock draft for either league this year as I’m one of the GMs of the Kansas City Coyotes and I’m in the San Jose war room. I am however going to go over the offensive players in the DSFL draft without giving my thoughts on where they may be going as to not draft leak or anything like that. The order of the players is the same order as they are in the prospect forum so they are not ordered in a way that may be seen as ranking. Just trying to cover anything that may be misconstrued as leaking. Let’s jump right into it: Quarterbacks: Francis LaFleur @HueJacksonSucks LaFleur joined the league before season 15 ended and was picked up by the Kansas City Coyotes for only one game. With Jenkins still on the roster, this was more of a depth chart filler in case Jenkins went down with an injury. He didn’t get to see the field sadly so there aren’t any stats to talk about with him. He hasn’t trained any so I can see him possibly being another Gimmy Jaroppolo in this season's draft unless he makes another appearance. Jim McMahon @`baueranthony9` McMahon is essentially LaFleurs opposite in every regard. He joined the league after the season had ended and has done a hefty amount of training. With the new expansion teams in the NSFL, QBs are going to be few in the DSFL. If he is able to keep up his activity he’ll be a solid piece in almost any DSFL team. Running Backs: Ducky Donut @idkman Donut is coming into the draft with who I believe is his brother, wide reciever Saba Donut. He’s a new face who will hopefully make a splash in the league. The running game is key in the DSFL so a running back who trains hard and often will be a stud. Not much to say yet since he just joined this draft class but he’s already getting interviewed so the hype is building around him. Daniel Woodenhead @DanielWoodenhead Woodenhead showed up after the season had ended and hasn’t really began his training yet. Like I said above, if you find a running back who trains hard, you’ll be set in the DSFL. It’s not really known if he’ll be that running back, but so far signs point to negative. Joe Bobgarter @CFLSchooners Bobgarter is the running back I’ve been describing in the past two player analysises. He’s been doing everything he can to make sure he’s a top prospect in the draft with his work ethic and training. He’s been talking to the current players and getting their insight about how the league works and that bodes well for upcoming rookies. Hopefully he continues his work and makes waves in the league. Ashley Owens @run_CMC Owens has multiple current and retired players guiding his career and training so it’s pretty obvious that he’ll be one of the top prospects in the entire draft class. He shows flashes of Christian McCaffrey with his ability to catch the ball as well and run it out of the backfield. Going to be a top performer for sure. Wide Recievers: Kyle Grimly @Lazerus There are a ton of wide receivers in this draft. Leaps and bounds more than the past draft so competition for top WR spot will be tough. Grimly has been doing some moderate training so I see him being a good WR2 for a team if he keeps up his current pace. Julian McMorris @TubbyTim69 McMorris has been getting gains pretty consistently so he’s going to be of use in the DSFL. Every team is in need of a wide receiver. Especially a red zone threat where receivers are mostly used in this league. If the run gets stuffed at the goal line it’s up to them or tight ends to make the play in the corner of the end zone. Should be a solid performer. Max Lovote @mcgriddleluver Here’s another player who has many current and retired players in their pocket giving them training tips and knowledge about how the leagues operate. I can see him being a top performer in the upcoming season as long he gets a quarterback who can get him the ball consistently and that’s a hard ask for any DSFL team. Jackson Valadez @Yungbans23 Valadez has been putting in work so far around the league. He’s got some training under his belt and game day graphics to put him over the top. He’ll look to make his mark on the league in the upcoming season as long as all of this training is in the right places. Action Jackson @KillaScrilla Keeping it moving with active receivers, we have Action Jackson. Jackson became a part of the league recently so he’s been working to get his name out there to possible teams. He’s worked harder than a lot of other players in this draft and looks to be a good fit on any WR needy team. Saba Donut @SabaDonutMan I spoke about Saba Donut a bit above when talking about his brother Ducky Donut. He was the first of the two in the league so he’s got a bit of an edge on his brother as far as training and ability are concerened but this is just the beginning. I foresee a good brotherly rivalry going on between the two of them. They may be at different positions but both of them could be up for MVP or Offensive Player of the Year given they show consistent improvement. Jordan McCann III @JM62 Jordan McCann III has been around the league in some capacity for a while and has now decided to test his skills as a wide receiver on the field. There was some confusion on his combine profile where they had him listed as a Quarterback but he did Wide Receiver drills. It seems like he changed his mind on what he wanted to play seemingly out of nowhere. He’s been training hard and looks to be a strong performer in the league even if he were to play QB. Bryce Molnar @BryceMolnar Bryce Molnar has been working on and off the practice field trying to get his name out there to potential landing spots with creating his own wikipedia page and starting training season with a heavy workload. It seems to have teetered off a bit but hopefully he’ll pick up where he left off once he gets picked up by a DSFL team. Dexter Banks II @TropicaliaCC Banks is one of the harder workers in this draft and he was also one of the first ones to enter the draft. He understand that working hard means greatness down the road it’ll just take time to see what that greatness amounts to. Keeping up his pace would mean being a number one receiver on any DSFL team in the upcoming season. Tight Ends: Michael Doud @mdoud10 I’m a bit biased on Tight Ends as a preface to me talking about the two that are in the upcoming draft. That doesn’t necessarily mean the Coyotes will be taking one, but I do enjoy someone who wants to provide a security blanket for their quarterback when they are under pressure. Doud started out his training strong from what scouts have been telling me, but he seems to have fallen off a bit. This is another player who I hope makes their way back onto the practice field. Brennen Biletnikoff @maxlane On the other hand, here’s a tight end who has kept himself in the spotlight with his training and work ethic. Most DSFL teams are in constant need of tight ends as they are pretty consistently pulled up to the big leagues. Biletnikoff could easily be a solid contender in the league given he keeps up his work and focuses on some key attributes like speed and strength. Offensive Linemen/LineMAN: LilCringer Kendrick @nairbretsamdaerb There’s only one offensive linemen in this draft and it’s a sad sight to see. Offensive linemen don’t get enough love but they play a major part on any offense. Kendrick is the top offensive linemen in this draft and could possibly be the top in the league as long as he can keep his training pace and stay higher than these walk ons they take in at the beginning of each season. That’ll wrap it up for the offensive players coming into the Season 16 DSFL draft. Hopefully this provided a bit of insight into the new faces of the league. For those that have slowed down their training pace, don’t be afraid to ask for help if needed or ask for stuff to do in the meantime before you are drafted. I’ve been seeing a lot of pre draft pressers going up and those are really great for letting other players and people in the league get to know you.You can also write media like this to get that sweet sweet cash. Good luck in the upcoming draft and hope to see some of you guys in it for the long haul and make it to NSFL glory! [/div] *Taking a Look at Offensive Prospects - C9Van - 06-24-2019 Jesus.
