Jorel Tuck Punishment - ADwyer87 - 07-16-2019
Hello all,
It was brought to our attention that an illegal contract extension was signed. Jorel Tuck made this update recently that put him over into the next minimum tier. However, he also signed this contract extension about a month ago. After checking the TPE, We determined that he was indeed over the contract minimum at the point of signing. This violates rule VI.D.12, and punishment will be as such:
- Jorel Tuck's contract will be corrected for this season
- Jorel Tuck will be fined 5% of his post-update TPE, amounting to a 43 TPE loss
- San Jose will be fined 2M in S17 for an invalid contract
With any punishment, San Jose or Jorel Tuck are allowed to appeal this decision

If he wanted to circumvent wouldn't he have signed a max term contract? Seems like a reach.

Think y`all just fell victum to ER's absolute garbage update style. It may not have been on purpose, but this still circumvents min contract.
