Jordan Andrews has played cornerback most his life but has started at strong safety, free safety, wide receiver and even running back in his playing days and always imagined what it would be like to be a General Manager. It has entregued him so much that the famous Madden NFL game has been his all time favorite. It's his favorite mainly for the franchise mode that gives the opportunity to sign, cut and trade whoever you want and whenever you want. He's won countless super bowls with the Oakland Raiders in a 30 year dynasty he went through his sophmore year in high school and now that he has made it to the NSFL's development league and is a key asset to the secondary, management has never crossed his mind but the topic was brought up in practice yesterday of: If you could switch places with one member of your team, who would you switch with? Even though the general manager is not a player, he is still apart of the team and the way Jordan analyzed the question is if he could switch places with anyone within the teams organization, who would it be. With the continued success of the Tijuana Luchadores and 9-1 on the season, Jordan believes that success has a lot to do with the decisions the general manager makes and he feels his years of Madden experience can give him a boost on how to negotiate. No one can top Tom Hanks in his general manager role but if was to take advice or choose a mentor it would be him.

Ryan Leaf Jr is a very great Defensive tackle, but what if he was a Defensive End instead? I’m sorry Nero Alexander, but for this scenario you’re talking my spot, the defensive tackle. At defensive end, naturally, you’re gonna get less sacks, but more tackles and more tackles for a loss of yardage, in which currently, Leaf struggles to get tackles for loss, but thrives on tackles and sacks, Nero thrives on both, however struggles to get sacks as he can’t get out of the fat Leafer’s way. Leaf would usually average about 5 tackles and a sack per game average, (Unless the sim decides to be a freaking idiot). With this hypothetical position change, he’d average about 4 tackles, a Tackle for a loss of yardage, and a sack, making opposing o-lines look like they are not doing their job that they signed a contract for. Nero Alexander’s hypothetical Defensive tackle build would be an Interior rusher, similar to that of Leaf, but he’d average slightly more tackles and more loss of yardage tackles, and more sacks since he has slightly more TPE than his buddy Leaf, but of course they would still terrorize the offense as half of the feared Sack S.L.A.M defensive line, averaging about 4 sacks and a couple of forced fumbles. In the end, Leaf and Alexander dominate on their defensive line as tackles and End players. (234 words)

If I could could choose any teammate to swap places with it would be SabaDonutMan. Why Saba? Well, it's not because he gets to play offence so he gets all the glory. It's not because he's a promising young talent that will be drafted higher than me in the upcoming NSFL draft. It's not even because he has 30 more TPE than me. The reason I'd swap places is for one reason and one reason only - so that I would have an Ultimini and he wouldn't. Anyone who has spent any time on the NSFL Discord is well aware that Saba has an Ultimini, the quote, "I have an Ultimini" is posted by Saba at least six times daily. Saba joined the league late last season and with a little luck he stumbled onto a championship calibre team. If Saba and I swapped places I would free the Discord from ever having to read that dreaded quote ever again. The Discord would rejoice and once again be the happiest place on the internet free of Saba's terrifying reign.

Ahhh who am I kidding if I was Saba and had an Ultimini I'd probably brag about it constantly too. Plus I bet he picks up some pretty hot chicks at the bar with that Ultimini Championship ring..

Being a member of the Yellowknife rafe's it's pretty awesome. And I think it's pretty obvious who's the person you will want to switch shoes with. I think we would all say Cooter. He's clearly the MVP in my eyes, He's the comeback kid and he gets all the respect and the world throughout the locker room. But that's exactly who I don't want to be if I could switch places with one person. We have an easier answer for Yellowknife right in front of us, It has to be the incredible Enigma known as Ryan Leaf Junior. Why wouldn't you want to be like this guy? He has his own energy drink, he has his own agency. He has the ability and the fortitude and the body manipulation to play quarterback that's his awesome as a running back that can just up and decide to be a defensive tackle. That's pretty spectacular. Anytime there's a conversation going on and he's not involved.... Guess what the conversation is now about him. How can you not want that? Anytime somebody has a question. He already has the answer. How do you not love that? I think a lot of people are not appreciating the greatness. That is known as Ryan Leaf Junior. I'd switch shoes with White Lightning any day.

I'd switch with our Quarter back Joliet Christ just for the hell of it. I feel like I'd play fairly similar to Christ by running the ball heavily with my speed. We'd also end up running the Philly Philly where I go out for passes. My passing will be atrocious but I think I could do some check downs or screen passes. I'd also do my share of run blocking after I hand the ball off. Gotta use my big body for something now that I'm not blocking on the line. I think Christ would do fine in my role since I'm a vertical threat tight end and he has the speed to stretch the field. The issue will come down to his hands. I'm sure he'd do fine out there and the balls he does catch would go to the endzone. Defenders have had a tough time catching him all season so I don't think he'll have issues once the balls in his hands. He could also be the passer for the Philly Philly to myself, which would essentially be us switching back to our normal positions mid game. Hell of a loop hole and would definitely throw of defenses of any caliber.

Every player on your team has a role. If you could switch places with one member of your team, who would you switch with? It can be a position swap, or depth chart adjustment, or even leadership role change. What would you do different in their role? How would you do and how would they do in your role?

If I were able to switch places with any member of my team, I would take over at quaterback for Stan Francisco. I originally actually lobbied to be the one that position swaps to quarterback from linebacker, but apparently you need more tpe than my lowly build had accumulated? I low key have been kicking myself for not making an offensive player, especially since my dude has been pretty butt cheeks in the NSFL so far. So the prospect of leading the offense seemed pretty dang appealing to me.

What would I do differently in the quarterback role? I mean, I would probably be a lot worse than what Francisco has put up so far. I imagine I would probably have the lowest attempts across the league because I would have a weak and inaccurate arm. I'm guessing I would have had to redistribute tpe from speed, but I think really all I would have going for me is potential scrambles and designed runs to really move the offense. My wide receivers would probably try to murder me in the locker room after a couple games.

I think Stan Francisco would probably do pretty well as a linebacker, much better than I would do at quarterback I'm sure. More TPE and more talent would probably have Stan putting up better numbers than I am even with a position swap.

Luckily for New Orleans they won't have me stinking up the quarterback position though!
