*Thudd Kassel apparently considering holdout. - Dylandeluxe - 08-15-2019 It has been reported from inside sources within the incoming S17 DSFL rookie class that prospect Thudd Kassel is considering holding out if not drafted with Mongoose teammate Zach Hall(@Hallmonitor_20). This a bold and surprise move by a player many GM's and experts consider to be borderline draftable. Our sources say that Thudd and Zach have bonded over the course of the prospect bowl and during a hours long stint as the DSFLPA rep, Thudd promised to be Zach Hall's personal away game Chef. Thudd's time as the DSFLPA rep was filled with controversy and scandal as he fought the reported fascist front office for player rights. This move before the draft is an unprecedented one for a prospect with already little chances of making a DSFL Team. Will GM's remove Thudd from their draft boards or will a team take a chance on this calm-turned-tornado prospect? Only time will tell and we will follow up this story after the draft on Monday. *Thudd Kassel apparently considering holdout. - Hallmonitor_20 - 08-15-2019 This so called "Thudd Kassel" rule is a disgrace to the league! *Thudd Kassel apparently considering holdout. - RobCubed - 08-15-2019 (08-15-2019, 05:21 PM)Dylandeluxe Wrote:Will GM's remove Thudd from their draft boards Quite bold to assume Thudd was on there to begin with *Thudd Kassel apparently considering holdout. - Dylandeluxe - 08-15-2019 (08-15-2019, 04:39 PM)RobCubed Wrote:Quite bold to assume Thudd was on there to begin with ![]() *Thudd Kassel apparently considering holdout. - goodvsevil1275 - 08-15-2019 The description of this post made me laugh Interesting move, following Bjorn's refusal to play for a certain team as well. Maybe GM's are starting to think the S18 class is too dramatic and risky and want to steer clear of them? *Thudd Kassel apparently considering holdout. - Buttersqauch101 - 08-15-2019 You guys are being super childish this draft. Go ahead and hold out, it’s not like there’s another 78 people getting drafted that could replace you *Thudd Kassel apparently considering holdout. - IsaStarcrossed - 08-16-2019 (08-15-2019, 09:25 PM)Buttersqauch101 Wrote:You guys are being super childish this draft. This class is going to set the tone for all future classes once we have our players union in place. We have demands! When do we want them!? In a timely and convenient fashion, please. Viva la revolution! *Thudd Kassel apparently considering holdout. - goodfortunecoffee - 08-16-2019 oh dang! S18 class player's union please? *Thudd Kassel apparently considering holdout. - Rublic - 08-16-2019 While I understand players wanting to play with specific people and or don't want to play for specific teams.... with that said these are all requests. GM's will try to abide by these requests but in the end have a job to do and that is to win championships. So if your requests hinder that goal it will effect the players draft stock. In the end it is a request and most if not all GM's will respect that as I don't believe any GM will draft someone who doesn't want to be there.. But to demand it is a individualist attitude in a team sport... This is very much a player focused league as each GM is trying to retain activity in its players and if a player isn't happy where or who they are playing with it likely means they will go inactive.. This isn't good for the team who drafted them or the league so GM's are forced to comply. Not to mention I already believe the draft has happened and they are just waiting until Monday to reveal. *Thudd Kassel apparently considering holdout. - Dylandeluxe - 08-16-2019 (08-16-2019, 07:29 PM)Rublic Wrote:While I understand players wanting to play with specific people and or don't want to play for specific teams.... with that said these are all requests.
