Hiring for Offseasons Events Team - infinitempg - 09-01-2019 Do you like making graphics? Do you have experience changing jersey colors? Do you enjoy looking on Google Images for obscure 1970's player renders? Boy do I have the job for you. With the huge S18 class, we will be needing extra help on the events GFX team. I'm looking to hire anywhere between 2-6 new slaves I mean graphics guys for the NSFL Draft and the Awards shows. A few stipulations: These are TEMPORARY jobs. S19 is an unknown still, so it does not make sense to keep everyone working during a small class. S19 may become a first-come first-served for gfx assignments. THIS IS A MASSIVE TIME-COMMITMENT. You will need to be available to work and in contact during the off-season events period. I do not want to hunt people down at the last minute. I am planning on having everyone start with render cuts by the trade deadline to save a bit of time in the off-season. I will be testing you, so be ready to receive a test image or two to manipulate. I am not afraid to not hire you if you are not up to my standards. That being said, don't be afraid to ask me for tips and help. I do want to hire people and am willing to get you up to speed, especially if you use PS (obtained legally or not) You will get average on the mock draft PT, since we do this ahead of time. S19 new users are not allowed to apply. @BWIII is allowed back in the club if he so wants The pay for graphics tends to be pretty good, though it will depend on how many people I hire (as it will dilute the pool). I'm fairly certain HO will let us keep our full PT pass though that may also depend on how many people I hire. Okay, I think that's it.
