*NSFL Playoff Chances (ASFC) - Week 8 - Starboy - 09-09-2019

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] ISFL_old Week 8 Playoff Trends ISFL_old [/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"]ASFC Teams[/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] ARI Arizona Outlaws[/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"]ULTIMUS CHANCES: HIGH[/div]

[div align=\\\"left\\\"]Remaining Games:

Week 8: SJS
Week 9: @ NOLA
Week 10: AUS
Week 11: @ CHI
Week 12: COL
Week 13: @ PHI

On the other side of the NSFL, things are a bit more clear on the favorite. The Outlaws are the closest team to perfection with an early away game slip up against the snek bois over in Austin. Outside of the one bad mark, the Outlaws are featuring the best team in the league across the board to try and make another Ultimus run. Their last challenges remain against the Sabercats in the upcoming week and maybe in the rematch against Austin that they should be able to get revenge for. Expect the Outlaws deep into the playoffs.[/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] SJS San Jose Sabercats[/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"]PLAYOFF CHANCES:GOOD[/div]

[div align=\\\"left\\\"]Remaining Games:

Week 8: @ ARI
Week 9: @ OCO
Week 10: @ CHI
Week 11: @ BAL
Week 12: YKW
Week 13: @ COL

The hardest road to the post season, the Sabercats have only one home game against a difficult opponent in the Wraiths. They still have three huge division games all away from home that could either boost their chances and confidence or take the teeth off these ancient cats' bite. Nothing is guaranteed for San Jose and they have this final stretch to prove just how hardened their team has become through the first half of the season.[/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] OCO Orange County Otters[/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"]PLAYOFF CHANCES:GOOD[/div]

[div align=\\\"left\\\"]Remaining Games:

Week 8: PHI
Week 9: SJS
Week 10: @ COL
Week 11: NOLA
Week 12: @ BAL
Week 13: CHI

Another perennial NSFL powerhouse, but not nearly as difficult of a road to the playoffs. The Otters stay in Orange County for most of their remaining games so if they can keep up their usually high scoring offense, then things will work perfectly fine. Their hardest remaining ASFC game is against the Sabercats and then they can coast. The rest of their playoff hopes are mostly out of their hands with minimal divisional games left for them.[/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] AUS Austin Copperheads[/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"]PLAYOFF CHANCES:NONE[/div]

[div align=\\\"left\\\"]Remaining Games:

Week 8: @ NOLA
Week 9: BAL
Week 10: @ ARI
Week 11: COL
Week 12: @ PHI
Week 13: @ YKW

The Copperheads join the Yeti in a slight turnaround from last season and managing to surprise two teams. Austin also has no chance at making the playoffs due to way too many losses killing the sneks dead in the desert halfway through the season. They can manage to not come out on bottom though with a win over NOLA in week 8 and if they can get the win in a rematch against Colorado in week 11. This team generally is trending up and might be in the middle of the pack for the playoffs if things continue along this road the Copperheads have set themselves on.[/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] NOLA New Orleans Secondline[/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"]PLAYOFF CHANCES:NONE[/div]

[div align=\\\"left\\\"]Remaining Games:

Week 8: AUS
Week 9: ARI
Week 10: @ PHI
Week 11: @ OCO
Week 12: CHI
Week 13: BAL

Is there much to say about the Secondline that is positive? Maybe that they still can look forward to next season to be better. The S17 NSFL New Orleans Punching Bag has somehow not given up the most amount of points by every NSFL team even with having the worst record. This jazz band really has been playing a sour note all season, but every team has to fail in order to know what to fix. If you fail to adjust your instruments, oil up your trumpet, and get back on stage then you might fall the way of becoming a bot team. I know that'll be impossible for an NSFL team to become a bot team, and now the Secondline can start working on a rebuild for a future comeback to really shine in the limelight.[/div]
