Tijuana moving upcoming training camp to Los Angeles

Reports out of the Tijuana camp is that GM Ted Flamiro(DD) is considering moving this years Tijuana training camp to Los Angeles freshen up practices. This is a somewhat controversial move as all aspects of Tijuana operations have stayed south of the border with the exception of traveling for games.
I asked Ted if he had informed past Tijuana brass of his intentions and he had this to say:
Ted: "You know what they always say? It's better to ask for forgiveness than permission,
besides the team needs a temporary change of scenery after winning it all and I plan to reward them."
