S18 DSFL Rule Summit Results - manicmav36 - 10-16-2019 With 10 eligible to vote, 7 votes are needed to pass. 1) If a player is not assigned a depth chart spot at all in a season, they are released to free Agency. This allows team(s) to fill out their roster without filler bots. 2) If a veteran player recreates and desires to only play for one team and refuses to play for any other team, they shall post in a dedicated thread claiming as such. If the GM's of the desired team accept, they will take that player with their earliest possible draft pick. 3) Make Sim-football-chat the default NSFL Discord channel 4) Every 2 seasons, DSFL IAs go into a waiver wire free agency that happens after the DSFL draft. These IAs can then be picked up in the same way that trade deadline players are picked up. Vote Count Rule 1: 9/10 Rule 2: 5/10 Rule 3: 2/10 Rule 4: 4/10 Rule 1 will be added to the rulebook and go into effect next season.
