*Catching up with Action - KillaScrilla - 11-27-2019 Hello everyone and thanks for reading this interview with Action Jackson. I recently caught up with him in San Jose and got his take on his quite offseason. TJ: So Action you decided to test free agency and leave Chicago for the always sunny San Jose. What made you make that decision? AJ: well TJ I wanted to see what was out there in the market for my services and see what money people was offering up. I liked Chicago and playing with Jenkins but it just wasn’t for me in the end. The locker room was not what I wanted it to be so that was a big factor. TJ: How has your time in the SJS locker room been and the city itself? AJ: I couldn’t ask for a better locker room honestly. We all get along great and been playing CAH and Wolf. It’s been a total blast. This is the locker room I’ve wanted. I feel accepted and can be myself. As for the city, well you have beautiful weather, beautiful women in little clothing and the beach. What more can you ask for? I can sit on my balcony and just watch the women running down the beach. I can walk out my back door and down the steps to the beach and just enjoy myself and the water. TJ: Did you see what happened with your man Sweet and Chicago? What’s your feelings on that? AJ: That was a crazy situation and helped me realize I made the right decision after all. Sweet got paid, more than me btw, so I can’t be mad at him for it. I had hoped for a miracle and we get him but I’m glad he got paid and who knows about the future? Maybe one day we will trash talk the league together. I believe Leaf will get Chicago headed right before to long. Gotta get a culture change and Sweet will bring that also. TJ: Y’all’s first pick was QB Fox. Was that the right pick? AJ: I believe so but thats above my pay grade. I get paid to catch and run. The coach and front office make those decisions. Fox will be a great QB in the future. Until then it’s my job to help Wright get better and us make the playoffs. TJ: Thanks for answering some questions. AJ: Anytime TJ.
