Hello all,
You may have noticed that we have a new post in our affiliates discord, and maybe that our twitter has retweeted another account lately. That is because we have partnered with the Champion Sim Football League! The CSFL is a GM league that uses DDS
F 20 to simulate the NFL experience. They have a 2010 NFL start date and include real NCAA players in their draft classes! Sims are every Thursday and Sunday.The only requirement to play? Own a copy of DDS
F 20! They currently have 3 openings, with the Buffalo Bills, Dallas Cowboys, and New York Jets. If you want to imagine a world where New York football isn't the most depressing thing in the world, or a world where Texas football means actually winning playoff games, then here's your chance to rewrite history! If you are uncomfortable taking over a team right away, the CSFL is also in the process of introducing an offensive and defensive coordinator system.If you are interested in this league, please check out their site, or maybe go on their twitter or slack to more closely interact with the community!

Hey everyone!
My name is Rizzo and I’m one of the commissioners of the CSFL. First off I want to thank the NSFL for approaching us with the offer to become an affiliate. I actually got my start in sim leagues with Create-A-Player leagues so they always hold a special place for me. While I don’t have a player in the NSFL I know once the holiday season ends I’ll be sure to explore the new player guide and get started!
As for the CSFL, what makes us unique from the other GM leagues is that we started in 2010. We used real NFL rosters from that season and our custom draft classes use real NCAA players. While the draft classes are full of real, named players, that doesn’t mean they all play exactly like their real life counterpart. That’s what scouting is for, right?
Right now we have a great group of guys and just a couple openings. We are starting the free agency period now and following shortly will be the draft.

I can't speak on other members in the league but I know that I plan on creating a player here in the near future. I love Create-A-Player leagues and think it's a great change of pace to the leagues where you are the GM.
