tim pest has a point to make for teammates on the outlaws/fairness of the league

If the tim pest is available in the second round, he will happily sign with another team.

Present NSFL Rules:
- Once a player is drafted to a team they must be signed to a contract. If they refuse to sign a contract they will not be able to play in the NSFL. Their only option is to sit out until they have a contract signed.

- If a player sits out an entire season and does not sign with the team that drafted them they may re-enter the following draft. These players may ONLY do activity checks and weekly training until they are under contract
