@Vorshayla First a simple thing. Only one update post per update. So, if there was a week we didn't process updates (like last week), just edit your original post.
Next. Your training and equipment purchase was not yet processed by the bank. I try to check bank balances in those cases to see what I can process (though it's not required of updaters). Training is a no brainer and I gave you that, but the equipment takes you below your bank balance and you can't go in debt for anything other than training, so I have not processed that yet and you'll need to repost the equipment purchase in your next week's update.
I didn't want to process a part of the purchase - say to Tier 5 - as that gets rather messy with refunds and whatnot.

@Vorshayla Not sure there is a Week 3 Predictions claim up yet. Do know that they one you posted as such is actually a link to Week 2 which you already claimed. So, had to deduct 2 TPE from earned. I reduced your Int increase to 52 and banked 1 to pay for the deduction.
Also, in future, a better convention for posting our update is as follows:
Speed 83->85 (+20 TPE)
Hands 62->70 (+16 TPE)
Intelligence 50->52 (+4 TPE)
