2.5/5, 2.5/5 - 1.1m- First off, it looks like you have made your own logo which is super cool! I love to see that. Now onto the first sig, It is a pretty stock image with a filter and some text. We need more than that for a higher grade.
The second one is pretty neat in idea, and the execution is terrible. I think you cut could have been cleaner on the "River Rogue" helmet and I would be sure to turn off antialiasing if possible for some of these lines. The background is plain (perhaps try a gradient), and I would have changed color on the River Rouge side to not match the face mask as closely.
