*Baltimore is required to present Fabricio Baldari with a live freshwater fish ten pounds or larger on game day. If the fish is less then ten pounds two fish whos weight equals ten pounds or larget can be substituted. They will present this fish or fisloxion with the knowledge that they have named it/them "Jeffery" If the team does not satisfy this clause Fabricio Baldari is not required to play that day.

I'm hoping new fish(ies) each time. Don't think the smell of a 16 week old fish would ever leave.

I would hope so as well, but the clause only specifies a fish not that it must be a new fish. Though to be fair we have no knowledge of what becomes of said fish once presented. Perhaps afterwards it is no longer a fish though it pains my heart to think that may be so. These fish deserve to be treated humanely
