So first and foremost I'm going to mention something that directly effects OL because that's personal.
The position tracker has this sentence at the end of its post http://nsfl.jcink.net/index.php?showtopic=95 :
"One quick note, you'll notice there are very few offensive lineman on the list. That is because teams here have the option to use filler players who have a high level of TPE. You can still create as an OL, but the level of competition will be fairly high as most filler offensive linemen have around 550 TPE."
That needs to be modified or preferably removed entirely. The post is just false at this point, we have myself, Beaver and Payton active in the NSFL. In the DSFL at a minimum I know there is CalvinGolladay, Doug Quail, Symmetrik, Tommy Tha Man, BenthiccBioMancer, Nicholas_The_Great, TubbyTim69, Epitaxi AND PersonMann, Trella and Dylan created OL for S23. Further, we've found that human OL are as good as bots at 200 TPE. The level of competition is not high for human offensive linemen.
Okay and now the stuff for the other stuff. There five FIVE pages of player pages going as far back as November.
There's an RB player template but also a Player Templates sub forum, there are two Rookie Guides.
I think this needs to be cleaned up. There's too much going on, things need to clean and consolidated to make things as simple as possible for new members.

Seriously that stuff on the position tracker boils my blood. That's the real point of the fair rub movement. This isn't a meme, it's a very real and observable bias that I keep finding in new places on the forum and in discord.

Oh, I am so glad to see this from an outside point of view. Some of this is stuff the RM team has brought up to members of HO multiple times dating back to before I even took my hiatus from the league. We never got direct answers on what to do about any of it. I'm pleased it wasn't just us. o.o
