Head Office has ruled that this extension is not permissible given the combination of 30m and a PO on an expansion year. Philadelphia will be able to renegotiate and post a new contract in a separate thread.

just kidding this is very good decision by HO. Obviously an attempt to circumvent the expansion draft protection rules. Even if not explicitly disallowed in the rule book... this is obviously against the nature of the rules. Also the “dock be a donk” rule
