Hello everyone,
HO was recently presented with evidence that includes but was not limited to screenshots from PMs between different parties and discussions in a DSFL war room. The evidence clearly shows that @jeffie43 tampered Garfield Despacito Jr. (@Gwdjohnson), telling him to retire so that Norfolk couldn’t have his IA player and to create a player that would then join them in Myrtle Beach. The evidence further suggests tampering of other players occurred, promising players he would join their MLR team in exchange for joining Myrtle Beach, and showed abuse of loopholes in the DSFL (particularly the waiver system). The actions and culture displayed in the evidence are, simply put, unacceptable. While some of evidence showed things which are technically legal, they were flagrant attempts to give their own team an unfair advantage over the rest of the DSFL.
Given the circumstances, it is very difficult to come to a decision on punishments. Much of what was found did not break any rules but needs to be shut down immediately, and there is no precedence for this type of case. After long deliberation and a vote, the following actions will be taken:
-- Jeffie43 will be removed as co-GM of Myrtle Beach effective immediately, and receives a 2 season GM ban. Should he wish to GM the season immediately following the end of the ban (S24), he must receive HO approval. Jeffrey will also be receiving a $2 million fine.
--@scorycory, @Frostbite, and @RainDelay have received official warnings and will be monitored going forward to ensure there is a change in behaviour.
Requests for appeal can be sent to @iamslm22 or any other member of the appellate committee.

This is wild, I cant believe getting an inactive to come back and then that guy wanting to be on your team. What a disgrace, he should have just come back and used his shit bag old player! (granted i dont have the other pms and messages but using the first case as evidence is shaky at best)

So, getting a 50 TPE IA to come back into the league, and because your friends from SHL, wanting to play on the same team when he recreates is bad? Gabe was an OL before which is a position that isnt for everyone. You never once asked Gabe if he himself wanted to come to MB, which he did. We have all his friends from SHL on our team.

Just a question, this point about Jeffrey joining an MLR team in exchange for someone joining MB makes no sense. Jeff is on the same team he's been on for the past 9 months in MLR. So is that just a random accusation or what?

Was going to add this too. I’m not even in MLR and I knew this.
